If you are facing a basic needs crisis, we strong suggest calling Fairfax County Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) for an assessment at (703) 222-0880.
CSP supports basic needs, financial assistance, health care services, and offers initial intake for other human services agencies. CSP assesses individual and family situations, develops an integrated service plan, and coord¬inates the connection to available programs and services to assist residents in addressing their immediate and long-term needs. CSP staff explores prevention and early intervention strategies with residents and public and private human services agencies, to address residents’ underlying needs in an effort to assist indiv¬iduals and families achieve economic independence and social stability. Coordinated Services Planning provides information, referral, and linkage to public and private human services available to Fairfax County residents. To access services, residents may call the Coordinated Services Planning call center to speak with a Social Worker. If you are a family and are homeless call to be placed on the unified shelter waitlist. Services are available in multiple languages through the use of interpreter services. Coordinated Services Planning multilingual staff are available to assist callers in the following languages: Arabic, Bangla, Creole, Farsi, French, Hindi, Korean, Punjabi, Somali, Spanish, Urdu, and Vietnamese.
