FACETS gathers strength from its grass-roots, community-based support. Individual volunteers, faith partners, foundations, businesses and Fairfax County government contribute time, talent and financial gifts to support our work with homeless and low-income people. Along with our generous individual donors, FACETS is supported by our many partnerships.

In Fiscal Year 2009, volunteers donated 38,908 hours of service, which is the equivalent of 19 full-time employees!
FACETS' 95 faith partners prepared and delivered hot meals for homeless people, donated backpacks and school supplies for children who could not afford them, and provided Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets for families. Another way that our faith partners contributed was by sponsoring camps and organizing field trips during the summer. All of our faith partners are greatly appreciated for the valuable work they do.
