FACETS is excited to announce that the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation granted FACETS $21,668 to implement the Positive Action and Youth Media Network programs.

In the past several months, FACETS has seen a 20% increase in the number of homeless families and individuals who are coming to us for assistance. In addition to financial donations, donations of tents, canned/pop top foods, water (especially during the summer months), and sleeping bags are very much appreciated. FACETS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing comprehensive programs and services, including supportive housing, basic needs assistance, and counseling, to men, women, and children who are homeless or are otherwise precariously housed in Fairfax County, VA.
In the past year, FACETS helped more than 3,000 individuals who were homeless or living in poverty in Fairfax County, VA.
Our mission at FACETS is to build strong families and safe communities by improving the quality of life for impoverished men, women, and children through comprehensive programs addressing physical, spiritual and emotional needs.
FACETS values the dignity of our clients, accepting people wherever they are; physically, emotionally and spiritually. FACETS works one on one with clients, listening and guiding without judgment.
The Fairfax-Falls Church Point in Time Survey is an annual count of the homeless population in Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax on a specified day during the year.
